Delivery Information

OKD Services page explains our order process, the areas we will deliver to, and the service rates we charge for the delivery into those areas. You will also find out how to receive FREE Delivery. Our New Canada Wide Delivery Rates are live.

Our Ordering Process

1. Place an order for your product through our website.
2. We then will receive your order and start to Package it.
3. Same Day delivery orders must be received by 2:00 pm – on Tuesday through Saturday. Average delivery time is 1 hour, up to 4 hours – subject to destination, and mother nature!
4. Next Day Delivery is the next business day following your order received after 2:00 pm. – you can also request Next Day delivery at checkout.
5. Canada Wide delivery to all major centres, for next day SHIPPING, ALL ORDERS must be received by 1:00 pm pacific time.
6. We offer C.O.D. and Interac E-transfer service through our website.
7. If you would like to set up a billing account, please contact us directly.
