OK Delivery helps Vendors sell their products online. As the cliché goes: We do the heavy lifting for you, so that you can concentrate on your business.
In reality though, we do the heavy lifting for you, from the sale of your product to the delivery! We are your virtual sales agent, for your store, farm, or otherwise. We provide all the marketing of our website and for the products we sell through it.
Our Vendors are also considered our partners!
We will not offer to sell the same product offered by an existing Vendor. We are here to help sell local products for local Vendors, which is why we promote Buying Local. Furthermore, we also believe in competitive landscapes, but each Vendors products are added to fill a grocery list for consumers and businesses alike.
Every Vendor that is approved has an equal opportunity in having their products sold. With that being said, we provide an opportunity for all of our local vendors to gain some market share in selling their products through the OK Delivery website.
Signing up is FREE, and listing your products is FREE as well, but your products have to be approved before seeing them live, and for Sale. This process usually takes about 48 hours, at which time Vendors will receive a confirmation email, one way or another, which may include only taking a couple of your products on to sell.
When bringing on a new Vendor, we try very hard not to bring on identical products. This helps us in keeping a fair trading ground for the pricing of the products, which are sold to the local marketplace.
To sell your products online with OK Delivery, you must have something unique and categorized as a grocery product. Therefore, we will NOT sell drugs, prescription or otherwise, through our website.
We also try our best to reduce the amount of pickup locations that we have, to fill an order for our customers, and our Vendors, respectively. On average, when an order comes in, the Vendor has approximately 1 hour to have their order ready for pickup.
We have considered bringing on Cider and Wine vendors as an additional product line, due to their connection to Local fruit producers. We will also be bringing on Vendors that provide recipes for various food dishes.
