YES, as of January 1, 2022, OK Delivery now takes phone Orders.
NEW INFORMATION! Due to popular request, we will be opening up an order desk for taking phone orders! The New Telephone Order Line is: 250-878-9683
The reason why we wanted people to use the website, was to save themselves time by shopping from home using their laptop or desktop computer, plus mobile ordering.
An average delivery time for an order is 30 mins - 4 hours.
We try to get your order to you as soon as possible! Whereas, curbside pickup is always ready within 2 hours.
We recommend the Next-Day delivery service, because it is more of a scheduled route delivery, and it is more organized.
Honestly, they might be competitors indirectly, but they buy from the big grocery stores, and we buy from your local, mom & pop type stores. Small stores need the business too!
Whereas bigger grocery stores Import most of their products, if not all of them. OK Delivery on the other hand supports Local vendors, growers, and manufacturers. Therefore, we do not import anything, and we Buy Local!
We try to source the Best and Freshest Products to add to our Store, if the products are not listed on our store, we don't sell them, yet.
Kelowna, Lake Country (Winfield), Vernon, Armstrong, Enderby, Grindrod, Mara Lake, Sicamous, Salmon Arm, West Kelowna (Westbank), Peachland, Summerland, Penticton, Okanagan Falls, Oliver, Osoyoos, Keremeos, Hedley, Princeton
We now deliver across Canada to all major City's, some City's are not listed on our service page under Canada Wide, until an order has been placed from that area.
The experience we have within the courier and transport industry goes back to 1993.
When you offer an unrealistic delivery time to your customers, and are late for what ever reason, customers begin to lose hope in getting their goods on time and will start to look elsewhere for the service you offer.
We offer up to a 4 hour delivery time, because we can deliver to each of our destinations within a 4-hour time frame. We do not want to promise something we cannot deliver on. In fact, most places we deliver to right now are receiving delivery of their orders within 2 hours.
The steps we take to bring your groceries to you are as follows:
- First, we pick up the products you order from various vendors which could take up to an hour, and the products you might order could come from more than one vender or grower
- Your product is then brought back to our packaging facility to be completed
- We then have one of our drivers pick-up your order and deliver it to you, unless you have chosen our Curbside pick-up
- Our curbside pick-ups are usually ready to go within 2 hours
Therefore, we would rather be up front with our customers. After all, we do not sell products for the large grocery stores, we support the local vendors and growers, by selling their products!
The MINIMUM amount you have to spend for a Local delivery service is $35
The MINIMUM amount you have to spend for a Canada Wide delivery service is $60
